The leadership of 3 Square Contracting, Inc. is comprised of Mark Spears and Josh Hebert, both of whom grew up in Wichita and have been friends for many years. As owners of 3 Square Contracting, Inc., they are building a business that seeks to serve their customers’ highest expectations, create opportunities for others, and contribute to the development of their community. Each bringing a unique skill set, they are united around their enjoyment of the relationships that are fostered through each job, as well as the work that they have the privilege to be involved in.
Mark Spears : President
Mark graduated from Kansas State University in 2000 with a degree in Golf Course Management and a minor in Business Administration including extensive hours in engineering studies. His strong leadership and relationship building skills have propelled him to rapid advancements in responsibilities in his short business career due to his exceptional record of performance.
Josh Hebert : Vice President
With experience and training in business ownership & the field of Construction Management, Josh has been a valuable addition to 3 Square Contracting, Inc. As partner, he is involved in every part of the business, including account and contract management, project coordination, construction management, and many internal business functions.
